Feel free to copy my text and amend it to produce your own version, or develop your own based on mine. I think it wold be great to let everyone take this concept and place their own form of government in it.

Nevada's laws... isn't that just in 2 rural counties right now? Yes, but individual towns within those counties can prohibit it, and they do for the most part. Following the same pattern, there may be only one or two brothels on this city.

Many liberaltarians postulate that kids can consent and that makes it okay. blech. Believe me, this city is not going to be Liberatarian. You can see that Statutory Rape (sex below age of consent) is on the crimes list. Naturally, the minimum age will be 18 (which is above most US states and most other countries).

I have been wondering how schools in NYC can mandate their perverted version of sex-ed at 11 year olds when these kids are legally too young to be doing what they are encouraging them to do. Why are schools above the law? I hear that the same kind of thing happens, pics and all, in pre-school in Kalipornia. Pretty disgusting.

My own floating city, eh?
I used to have an idea for a tiny country's Constitution.... I wonder if I could apply it to a floating city.

It is disgusting, especially the homosexual indoctrination in schools. Sadly most people are not standing up for the rule of law. We have schools breaking the law, we have unions breaking the law, we had gun confiscation in New Orleans, we have a Supreme Court Justice to review a case where she has a Conflict of Interest. Most Americans have lost their love for life, liberty and the well-being of their own children.

Attached is the Charter of Rights I wrote for a hypothetical fictional city-state or tiny country. I think it could be applied to a floating city. Attachments:

"The Guardian" would be the guy who paid for sovereign territory or funded the building of the floating city.

You are much better at writing a legal document than I am.
