Hhhmmmm..... that is interesting. I was focused on the boy, but I never considered his mother might be lying to him. Interesting idea.

Any way, the boy has skills long unused but once brought back valuable to the government. He is only 11 years old at this time and he must be taught to follow orders, and become a man in only 5 years. Lots of time to brain wash the boy, like the Germans give the kid a puppy, have them eat and sleep with then, train them, then after 2 years kill the dog. It would ber interesting if this kid is ADD or bio-poler low level.

The effects of his being in the camps should be addressed in the story, I totally agree. Will he come to be brainwashed to love the state? Time will tell.

If you are posting as a guest, you need to enter those numbers to get past the spam protection. Since you have an account here, I suggest staying logged in so you do not have to enter those numbers each time you post.
