Collectivism dehumanizes people. Every mass murder and torture in history has been justified for the 'greater good.' The 'greater good' comes in many forms. For the planet (enviro-wackos), nation (national socialism), race (national socialism and various racially based gangs), proletariat (communism) and religion (Islam). Under collectivism, an individual becomes a pawn that can be sacrificed.
The 'poor' is another 'greater good' as we have seen in recent days. Innocent shop keepers were murdered in the UK because they were seen as 'rich' people.

Outside influences can indeed undermine a revolution.
The only reason the United States turned out the way it was with French help was because the French Monarchy was still in power, and had no agenda except giving the British a bloody nose. If the Jacobin (French Revolution) regime or Napoleon's dictatorship helped our revolution, then the United States would have become authoritarian because they would have executed the Founding Fathers and installed their own rulers.

In New York people cannot legally own guns. Even in Los Angeles people are able to own guns and the 1993 riots ended because people defended themselves.

I hope the "Day of Rage" is as big a success as the Million Teacher March a few weeks ago where about 8,000 people showed up. lol. LOL. Same here. The real irony, if the pseudo revolutionaries do show up in mass and riot, is that most of the first floor offices they would ruin are owned and staffed by middle class people. The big businesses they want to attack are located on the higher floors and are protected by private security firms.
