That would be something. Turning at that speed is probably impossible. If it was done by steering engine exhaust stream (thrust vectoring) it could be done. The structure would have to be very strong to survive the stresses encountered during tuning because one side of the vehicle will be exposed to the full force of the drag while the other side will be exposed to a vacuum created by the displacement through the atmosphere. All airplanes have a Velocity Never Exceed warning because drag will break planes apart at high enough speeds.
