Hulu and Youtube are letting me look into the past.
Anyone remember the original Transformer movie? The animated one? Not to be a spoiler but Optimus Prime dies, that one. I really liked that movie at the time.
It lets me look into the past to see Robotech and tons of old cartoons. Can't really see much of Star Blazers though. Another show I liked at the time was "G-Force", which because of guinea pigs will have to get a new name if they decide to make a movie of it, probably Battle of the Planets.
Anyone else?

I never seen it. The only cartoons I watched as a kid was Thundercats and Exo-Squad. When it came to television in general, classic Star Trek was my favorite.

I watched Robotech and Star Blazers - it was the first time I'd ever actually seen the subject of war and death dealt with in cartoons. Transformers too. I am told that Optimus Prime became a father figure for a generation of boys in broken families.
Just starting to catch Exo-Squad on YouTube. I'm surprised that got past the politically correct radar of the time.

lol.
The warrior team is all male right? and the scientist women seem to wear tight shirts and are well-endowed. I think it is supposed to raise the self-esteem of the well-endowed women that they can be smart too. Is that about it?
I think I actually saw Exo-Squad come on one of the cable channels one weekened.
